● The ZA type chemical process pump is designed with standard piping in accordance with API specifications. The impeller can be closed, half open or open. It can be cleaned, contains particles, and contains a small amount of gaseous medium. It can also transport high temperature, low temperature and strong corrosive media. The impeller is provided with a balance hole and a corrosion-resistant ring to balance the axial force.
● The pump body and the bearing frame are connected by an intermediate connecting section. According to different working conditions, the intermediate connecting section can adopt different materials to avoid serious corrosion of the bearing frame and bearing when conveying strong corrosive medium. At the same time, the intermediate connecting section is provided with a water-cooling chamber, which cools the circulating water, and blocks the high-temperature medium to transfer the high temperature to the bearing.
● The sealing form can be filled with packing, single and double mechanical seals, and assembled single-end mechanical seals. According to different situations and user requirements for cooling and rinsing, the seal can be selected from the case according to API682 design specifications.
According to the conditions of use, the front and rear mouth rings and the balance hole are used for hydraulic balance. The stuffing box has a cooling or heating pipe joint. The shaft seal is sealed with a packing, and a single end or double end mechanical seal can also be used. It is equipped with a cooling, rinsing or sealing fluid system.
