ISW series single-stage end-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps are made by way of improving the design of ISG series vertical centrifugal pumps of this company with the performance parameters identical to those of ISG series and in line with the requirements of ISO2858.
The products are produced strictly according to the relevant requirements , so they have a stable quality and reliable performance and are the brand-new ones instead of model IS horizontal pump, model DL pump etc. ordinary pumps.
They are divided into basic type, flow-expansion type A B C cutting type etc. in more than 250 specifications and with a flow range of 1.5-2400m /h and a head range of 8-150m .
And, per the different fluid media and temperatures, model ISWR hot-water pump, mode ISWH chemical pump, model ISWY oil pump and model ISWHY horizontal anti-explosion chemical pump etc. series products are designed and manufactured and have the same performance parameters.

● Compact structure
These series pumps have an
integrally horizontal structure, beautiful appearance and less area of occupied
land, which , comparing with the ordinary ones, is reduced by 30%.
● Stable
running, low noise , high concentrically of assembly
By the straight joint between the
motor and the pump, the middle structure is made simplified, thus enhancing the
running stability, making the impeller of a good balance of moving-resting,
resulting in no vibration during running and improving the environment of use.
● No
leakage
A mechanical seal of antiseptic
carbide alloy is used for the shaft sealing so as to get rid of the serious
leakage of the fillings of centrifugal pumps and ensure the operating place clean
and neat.
● Convenient
service
Service can be easily done
without removing any pipeline because of the back-door structure.
● Multiple
installation modes
Viewing from the inlet of the
pump, the outlet of it can be mounted in one of the three ways,
horizontally leftward, vertically upward and horizontally rightward.
Working Conditions
● Working pressure
Max.working pressure of pump system is 1.6 MPa, that is to say the pressure at the suction+the stroke 1.6 MPa,the pressure in static tests is 2.5 MPa, please notify the pressure for the system at work when ordering and it should be otherwise noted of the said pressure is larger than 1.6 MPa so as to use cast steel material for the overflow and joint parts.
● Proper medium
The medium for pure water pumps should have no corrosive liquid and the volume of non-melting medium solid should not be over 0.1% of the unit volume and the graininess less than 0.2 mm. Please notify at order if the medium to be used with small grain.
● Environmental conditions
No larger than 40 of the ambient temperature, no higher than 1000 m of the above-sea level and no more than 95% of the relative humidity
Application
● ISW series horizontal centrifugal pump is used to transport pure-water and other liquids, the physical
properties of which are similar to those of pure-water,in industrial and cities'water
supply and drainage, high buildings' booster water supply, gardens irrigation,
fire-fighting booster, remote water supply, warming systems, circular booster
of cold&hot water in bath rooms as well as in completions of equipment, the
operation medium temperature is below 80℃.
● ISWR
series horizontal hot-water pump is used for the warming
hot-water booster circular system and the heat-transport system of production
technology in the units where heat-supply systems are available, such as the
power station, thermal power station, residual heat utilization, metallurgy, chemistry,
textile, wood-processing, paper-making etc. industrial boilers' high-temperature
hot-water,the operation temperature is below 120℃.
● ISWH
series horizontal chemical pump is used to transport the
liquids containing no solid grain, corrosive and the viscosity of which is
similar to water or the departments of light&textile industry, petroleum,
chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, paper-making, marine sea water, food, medicine and synthetic bier etc.,the operation
temperature is -20~120℃.
● ISWY
series horizontal non-explosive oil pump is used to light&textile, chemical, mechanical etc., industries to
transport non-corrosive, flammable, explosive liquids, the medium temperature
is -20~120℃
and density press than 1000kg/m³.
● ISWHY
series horizontal non-explosive chemical pump is used to transport the liquids containing no solid grain, corrosive and the
viscosity of which is similar to water for the department of light&textile
industry, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgical industry, mining,
medicine and synthetic fiber etc. the operation temperature is -20~120℃.
